These terms cover your use of PriceAndBook. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and make sure the information on your quotes is accurate. You're responsible for activity on your account, including by team members you invite.

Quotes, jobs and payments

Quotes are offers from your business to your customer. PriceAndBook isn't a party to the job. Deposits are paid into your Stripe account under Stripe's terms; refunds and disputes are between you and your customer, and you can refund deposits from the dashboard.

Messaging

Only text customers who have agreed to receive texts, and honor opt-outs. PriceAndBook enforces STOP replies and quiet hours, but you're responsible for having consent for the numbers you enter. Don't use PriceAndBook for marketing blasts, spam or anything unlawful.

AI drafts

The AI quote builder suggests quotes. Prices and wording are yours to check; nothing is sent until you send it.

Plans and billing

The free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe after any trial and renews until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Platform fees on deposits are shown on the pricing page.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PriceAndBook running but can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change these terms or the service; we'll tell you about material changes before they apply.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, PriceAndBook isn't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put customers at risk.
